Applicants must bring photographs of the subject premises and adjacent properties to the Building Department at the time of submission. If not received, your application will not be heard by the Board at this meeting.
Please inform the Building Department 48 hours prior to the meeting if you are unable to be in attendance.
NOTE: Any application that must return to the next meeting must be submitted to
the Building Department no later than August 21st to be placed on the next agenda.

1. Sign NO1 is 2' 9 3/16" tall. Per Village Code Sec. 286-10A signs shall not be taller
than 30".
2. Village Code Sec. 286-12 B(3) permits one accessory sign if it is 50% or less in
size of the principle façade sign. Sign NO2 is not 50% or less in size of the
principle sign.
3. Village Code Sec. 286-11 B(1) permits free standing signs when a building is
set back 50'or more from a property line. The proposed building is 15'-6" back
from the front property line.
